Abbi Kelzer

Abbi is an associate attorney with Squires, Waldspurger & Mace, P.A. Abbi received her B.A. in economics and political science with highest honors from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, Abbi served as a civil division law clerk for the Minneapolis City Attorney’s Office, participated in the Civil Rights Enforcement Clinic with the United States Attorney’s Office, and externed for the Honorable Ann D. Montgomery, United States District Court Judge for the District of Minnesota. After graduating from law school, Abbi served as staff attorney to the Honorable Caroline H. Lennon in Scott County District Court before joining the firm.

Abbi focuses her practice on all areas of school law, municipal law, labor and employment, environmental law and land use, litigation, and investigations and serves school districts, charter schools, municipalities, and counties. Abbi is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Minnesota.
